Job Summary
You will manage project documentation and technical drawings for precast concrete components, handle customer dimensional and profile complaints, and support reporting and presentations to ensure project and departmental goals align with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Process new enquiries by preparing and submitting product drawings and bills of material to support project initiation.
- Manage awarded projects by producing and submitting detailed shop drawings, final material extracts, and related documentation to ensure project accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to dimensional and profile issues to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare clear, well-organized technical reports and presentation materials to communicate project status and technical information effectively.
- Participate actively in internal meetings to collaborate with team members and align project objectives.
- Drive achievement of departmental and individual goals in alignment with corporate targets to support organizational success.
- Monitor and ensure manpower efficiency and sufficiency to meet project demands and deadlines.
- Maintain compliance with Management Directives and company policies to uphold operational standards.
Required competencies and certifications
- Certificate in drafting in Civil Engineering or Architectural; Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience producing precast shop drawings with steel reinforcement detailing for concrete building components in precaster, contractor, or consultant roles.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience producing concrete structural or construction drawings for reinforced concrete building projects for contractors or consultants.
