Job Overview
This is a critical hybrid role responsible for driving the growth of the Fluke Calibration (FCAL) business across the SEA region. The core focus will be on directly managing the key accounts in Malaysia and Thailand, while also providing support for the broader Pressure Calibration business in SEA. In this capacity, you will provide expert product application solutions to sales channels and customers through product training, sales visits, seminars, and workshops. You will be responsible for implementing go-to-market strategies and programs to achieve overall regional revenue targets and expand market share. You will also work closely with distribution channels to build a robust sales funnel and perform in-depth competitive analysis on Test & Measurement products to identify new opportunities.
This role requires a hands-on, highly organized, and self-motivated individual who can maintain a disciplined approach to managing high work standards.
Primary Responsibilities / Duties
Business Growth & Account Management
- Directly accountable for achieving revenue targets for the Fluke Calibration business in Malaysia and Thailand.
- Provide dedicated support to the Pressure Calibration business to contribute to overall regional success.
- Build and manage a sales funnel in collaboration with channel partners to meet monthly targets.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with local government departments, universities, institutions, consulting companies, end-users, and contractors.
Technical & Market Support
- Provide expert product application solutions and technical support to sales channels and customers via product training, sales visits, seminars, and workshops.
- Execute market creation activities to build brand awareness and generate demand within the assigned territory.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis for Test & Measurement products, with a specific focus on calibration instrumentation, to identify market trends and competitor activity.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support management in developing strategic goals and tactical plans for the Fluke Calibration business.
- Implement go-to-market strategies and programs to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience, preferably within Process Industries.
- Proven sales experience specifically within the Fluke Calibration business is essential.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of calibration principles and general metrology.
- Proven ability to manage sales targets and successfully develop new opportunities within a defined territory or account list.
- An additional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is highly regarded.
- Experience in consulting and negotiating with foreign partners on both technical and commercial terms is a plus.
