A growing private wealth and management consultancy firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support its expanding operations and people initiatives. The firm works closely with Ultra High Net Worth individuals and businesses across Singapore and international markets, providing bespoke wealth, investment, and advisory solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes and maintain employee records
• Organise company events, team bonding activities, trips, and lunches
• Liaise with hiring partners, vendors, and strategic business partners
• Support administrative operations and basic accounts tracking
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams
• Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations
• Support senior stakeholders with day-to-day operations and special projects.

Job requirements

• A graduate (diploma or degree) with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong command of English both written and spoken.
