Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include devising and executing business strategies, pitching iMinda Academy’s training and consulting solutions, negotiating contracts, and driving customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include market analysis, identifying trends, and working collaboratively across teams to ensure the successful delivery of programs and services.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and partnership building
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and networking
  • Experience with strategic planning, sales strategy, and market growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on opportunities
  • Experience in corporate training, HR consulting, or similar fields is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within teams
