About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join the dynamic team at AMOS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Tanjung Langsat, Johor. As a full-time Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about products, services and company policies
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues as needed
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds with degree in business or engineering with 1 year working experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer queries effectively
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software
  • Experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the administration or sales support industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
