About The Team

As part of this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, conducting financial modelling, and providing valuable insights to aid in strategic business decision-making. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the overall success of the company by leveraging your expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and a deep understanding of financial concepts and principles.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with various departments in commercial and operations to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and identify areas of improvement.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyze key business metrics within the Retail & Fulfillment P&L such as revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare insightful and accurate financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate financial performance and trends.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the organization and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in consulting, investments, corporate finance, e-commerce, or start-up environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficient in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
