Job Responsibilities

• Supervise overall building and facility maintenance, including mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, plumbing, elevators, and common areas.
• Coordinate and manage contractors/vendors for repairs, security, cleaning, and landscaping services.
• Handle tenant and resident inquiries, complaints, and ensure compliance with building house rules and lease agreements.
• Manage billing, maintenance fee collections, and preparation of operational and administrative reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety requirements and evacuation procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in the construction, building maintenance, or facilities management field.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Building Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance operations and contractor coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
