• Position: Technical Manager (CCTV / Security Systems / ELV)
• Location: Outram (Office-based)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,500 + Transport Allowance/Reimbursement + AWS + Performance Bonus + Mobile Reimbursement + Birthday Leave + Health Insurance
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Security Systems

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage service and maintenance operations for security systems
• Supervise and guide a team of Technical Officers
• Act as the main point of contact for client service-related matters
• Plan service scope, resource allocation, and project timelines
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance and service commitments
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
• Handle service escalations, troubleshooting, and complaints
• Improve processes, workflows, and technical documentation
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent hands-on expertise in security / CCTV / ELV systems
• Experience leading a team or supervising projects is preferred
• Strong communication and client management skills to liaise with stakeholders and clients
• Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning is an advantage
