RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to clients’ requirements

· Look for new clients (the employers) and complete the hiring process

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be CEI attained EA personnel

· Proven track record in manpower placement industry

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

MODE OF REMUNERATION:

· Basic + Commission + On Target incentive
