About the Role
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive (CST) to support our sales and operations team in ensuring smooth order processing, quotation handling, and customer coordination. This role is suitable for candidates who are proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
* Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery.
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels professionally.
* Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems.
* Support sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
* Follow up with customers on order status, payments, and outstanding issues.
* Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales and customer-related records.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
Requirements
* Minimum SPM qualification.
* At least 2 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing.
* Familiar with quotation preparation, sales order processing, and CRM systems.
* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
