Position:

Technical Manager

We are seeking a highly-skilled, professional technical manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, You will oversee all technical matters and manage our technical support team.

Job roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite, client-facing technical management overseeing the day to day support of a clients end-user and infrastructure support needs

• Report progress, including any changes made to plans

• Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects

• Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget

• Work with technical team to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

• Min 3 to 5 years' experience in management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environment

• Exceptional communication and reporting skills

• Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
