Tanggungjawab
– Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations
– Prepare, organize, and maintain proper documentation and filing systems
– Manage correspondence, emails, and internal/external communications
– Assist in preparing basic reports and official documentation
– Support coordination across departments (HR, Finance, Operations)
– Ensure all records and documents are accurate, updated, and well-maintained
ePerolehan
– Knowledge or experience in using the ePerolehan system
– Handle registration, submissions, and processes related to tenders/quotations via ePerolehan
– Ensure all related documents are complete and comply with required standards
Operation Hour
Monday - Friday : 9:00am - 6:00pm
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
