1. Job Purpose
To ensure efficient receiving, storage, issuance, and control of inventory in accordance with company procedures, maintaining accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency at all times.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and products against delivery documents.
- Record all stock movements accurately in inventory systems or manual logs.
- Store items in designated locations with proper labelling and organisation.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks; report discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare, pick, and issue materials/tools/products to internal departments as requested.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements, receipts, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of goods to prevent damage or loss.
- Perform physical handling of goods, including loading, unloading, and heavy lifting.
- Support periodic stocktaking, audits, and inventory reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store/warehouse area.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
3. Authorities
- Verify and acknowledge receipt of goods based on delivery documentation.
- Reject or flag damaged, incorrect, or non-compliant items to the supervisor.
- Issue materials to authorised personnel based on approved requests.
- Update inventory records and report discrepancies for further action.
- Recommend stock replenishment based on minimum stock levels.
- Enforce proper storage practices and basic warehouse safety requirements.
4. Requirements
4.1 Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / Certificate level.
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is an added advantage.
4.2 Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years in warehouse, storekeeping, or inventory-related roles.
4.3 Knowledge & Skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle documentation and simple inventory systems.
5. Additional Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of handling a demanding work environment.
- Able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting daily.
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work extended hours and flexible shifts when required.
6. Compliance

- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with internal controls and audit requirements.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
