- Assist in daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Prepare, update, and maintain records, reports, and filing systems.
- Support coordination of meetings, schedules, and correspondence.
2. Operational Assistance
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities of the department.
- Support implementation of company procedures, policies, and workflows.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
3. Data & Reporting
- Collect, compile, and analyze basic data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare simple reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information handled.
4. Learning & Development
- Participate in training, mentoring, and upskilling programs provided under the PROTÉGÉ Scheme.
- Apply learned skills and knowledge in assigned tasks and projects.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement and professional development.
5. Project Support
- Assist in assigned projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks related to project requirements.
- Support project documentation and progress tracking.
6. Communication & Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and positive work ethics.
7. Compliance & Company Policies
- Comply with company rules, policies, and procedures.
- Observe workplace safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
- Perform duties in accordance with PROTÉGÉ Scheme guidelines.
