Job Descriptions:

• Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare and review QA/QC plans and inspection test plans (ITPs) and all quality control procedures are properly followed.
• Monitor and ensure the timely submission and organization of materials, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Conduct daily on-site inspections and audits to track construction activities.
• Manage and coordinate the testing of materials, workmanship, and completed work to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain thorough records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Identify, document, and resolve non-conformance issues, ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
• Review quality data and performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall quality standards.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders on quality-related matters and provide regular project updates.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols on-site, ensuring that all workers follow safety procedures and that a safe work environment is maintained, reducing risks of accidents and injuries.
• Maintain a high level of safety throughout the execution of assigned tasks and strictly adhere to the HSE policy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Building or Construction Management, or any Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience QAQC position in the related field.
• This position to be based in Kuching, Sarawak.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
