Job Title: Security Supervisor

Job Description:

• Daily control, checking and monitoring security guards on the enforcement and compliances to the security standing instruction.
• Conduct orientation and on job training to all new join security guards including company rules and regulations, policies and security standing instructions.
• To plan and conduct on going security and awareness trainings to the security guards and employees.
• Daily view, monitor and review the record of all company's CCTVs
• Enforcement of the company rules & regulations, policies and others related to security to all employees, visitors and contractors including to conduct sport checking during night shift, Sunday, Public Holidays etc.
• Attend to complaints and reports from employees related to security. Ensure the issues to be taken immediate action.
• Investigate and/or reports abnormalities, hazards, unusual or suspicious acts, behaviours or circumstances related to the Security of the company to the Head of Dept. Maintain a good reputation with related authority department i.e. Police Dept, Bomba Dept, etc. Lodge police report as and whenever required.
• Ongoing security risk assessment review and observation and advice to the company related to security matters to protect company's properties and employees.
• General filling, update and maintain the Security files and records.
• Others tasks given and whenever required the Head of Dept either instructed by written or oral.Job Requirement:
• Able to work in 12 hours Shift
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa – both written and spoken.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Prompt, physically fit, and can work in shifts.

Salary Package:

• Basic: RM 1,800
• Allowance: RM 500

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
