Opening with an auto finance MNC in Petaling Jaya. Hybrid and flexi hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates the operation of the after sales Operation
• Manage and control all clients' accounts – vehicle maintenance, costing, contract termination & disposal, etc
• Handling daily ad hoc requirement / enquiry from customer
• Coordinate & work closely with inter – company department on stamping, renewal of insurance, payment & collection
• Monitor, measure & report after sales operation related issues
• Plan & administers on vehicle maintenance related matters
• Prepares / Compile standard pricing, vehicle maintenance costing and monitoring insurance sum insured value
• Continuous enhance operation processes & improve operations efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor Degree / Professional Qualification in any equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in handling administrative roles and daily operational matters.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Strong command in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
