Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
Join our growing team to build impactful healthcare and care-industry digital solutions. You will be involved in developing, enhancing, and maintaining SaaS platforms and mobile applications that support healthcare, elder care, confinement care, and related services. We are looking for someone passionate about technology, product innovation, and building scalable solutions that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications for healthcare and care-industry SaaS products
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and database architecture
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and System Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security for healthcare-related applications
• Manage cloud deployment, server maintenance, and DevOps processes
• Troubleshoot bugs, system issues, and provide ongoing product enhancements
• Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Utilize AI development tools such as Claude, Codex, and other productivity tools to improve development efficiency
• Support continuous improvement of development workflows and best practices

Technical Requirements

Backend Development:

• Strong experience in Node.js and PHP
• Experience developing RESTful APIs
• Understanding of authentication, security, and API integrations

Database:

• MongoDB
• MySQL

Mobile Development:

• Experience with React Native or Flutter
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes

Cloud & DevOps:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or other cloud infrastructure providers
• Docker containerization
• CI/CD knowledge is an advantage

Frontend :

• Next.js
• Modern frontend frameworks and responsive design practices

AI & Productivity Tools:

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, or similar tools to accelerate development work

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years relevant working experience (adjustable based on seniority)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies
• Experience in healthcare, IoT, or SaaS products is an added advantage
