Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assistant Engineer – RCM, Gaji tinggi MYR 9,000 di CRAZZ Group Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

* Coordinate, assign and supervise the work for a group of people at Plant & workshop.

* Coordinate and supervise the staff/workers by assisting them in solving problems encountered in the work.

* Request material and to ensure a proper operating condition of material and equipment, and the availability of adequate material, equipment and toolbox at production floor i.e. welding set, hammer & etc.

* Receive drawing, coordinate & liaison with planner.

* Ensure cutting, fitting, welding, follow the drawing requirements.

* Compile daily time sheets and reports.

* Conduct toolbox briefing once a week.

* Provide job training to team.

* Make sure a safety working environment takes place.

* Responsible for any accident happening and report to safety immediately.

* To control steel material, need to use for mould fabrication.

* Estimate the material required and manpower required.

* Control the wastage of steel material.

* Know to use excel.

* Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities may be added as and when necessary, from time to time.

Job Requirements

* Degree in building/Mechanical engineering or equivalent.

* Minimum two (2) Years experience in precast concrete and able to read precast steel mould drawings.

* Knowledge of steel mould fabrication & Safety regulations is an added advantage.

* Experience in supervising workers on the production floor.

* Candidates with site experience will also be considered.

* Independent, good leadership and problem-solving skills and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
