Job Summary
Seven Oaks Bakery & Cafe is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness and organization, and ensure smooth workflow in a fast-paced bakery and café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients)
- Support bakery production (prepping ingredients for pastries, breads, and desserts)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Wash dishes, trays, and baking tools
- Receive and properly store deliveries (FIFO method)
- Dispose of waste and maintain sanitation standards
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist chefs and bakers during busy service hours
- Refill supplies and monitor stock levels
- Support front-of-house team when needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen, bakery, or café preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina (standing for long hours, lifting up to 25–50 lbs if required)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability (weekends and early mornings may be required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
