Job Description

Responsibilities

Duties:

1. Business & Strategic Support

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals and feasibility studies.
  • Track strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Participate in internal meetings to contribute to strategic planning.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments.

2. Project Coordination & Execution

  • Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Review project documentation including proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Support procurement activities including sourcing and contract management.
  • Maintain dashboards and databases for project tracking.

3. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Summarize project updates and consultant reports.
  • Support contract management and ensure compliance.
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

4. Cross-functional & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with departments such as Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Operations.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing business events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to the VP, Corporate Services.

5. Operational Support

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in sales and business development
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
  • High-energy team player with a can-do attitude
