Admin Assistant | Summer Role (Post-Exams Intake) | Operations & Coordination Excellence

Role Focus

This role is designed for students seeking structured, hands-on exposure to operational support and coordination work beyond basic administrative tasks.

The focus is on building discipline in execution, accuracy in handling information, and confidence in managing real operational workflows within a professional environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct document verification, data checks, and coordination follow-ups
  • Manage scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems, Excel, trackers, and Google Sheets
  • Prepare templates, meeting notes, reports, and operational checklists
  • Manage digital filing systems and ensure documentation accuracy and consistency
  • Support day-to-day operational coordination to ensure smooth workflow execution
