Tanggungjawab

  • Project Planning & Design: Oversee planning, coordinate with stakeholders, develop schedules and risk strategies.
  • Project Management: Manage execution, budget, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and legal standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and safety risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate teams and contractors.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records and provide updates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Handle client relations and expectations.
  • Construction Supervision: Monitor daily site activities.
  • Project Close-Out: Manage inspections, handover, and documentation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in civil engineering and at least 3 years in project management or senior engineering roles within the construction or development industry
  • Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, civil engineering principles, and project management practices
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D
  • Good understanding of building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems and perform under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
