Kerja Sepenuh Masa Mechanical Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Wan Husin & Associates Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

1.Execute total design development consisting of but not limited to preliminary design, detail design, engineering calculation and preparation of detailed drawings for mechanical building servicers works, including:

i. HVAC (Air-Conditioning): Design of VRF/VRV systems, chilled water systems, and mechanical ventilation

ii. Fire Protection: Knowledge of sprinkler systems, hose reels, dry and wet riser system and fire alarm integration in compliance with local fire codes.

iii. Plumbing & Sanitary: Design of internal and external cold water distribution and and soil/waste piping.

iv. Pumping Systems: Calculation and selection of booster pumps, sump pumps, and transfer pumps.

v. Lifts, Escalators, Hoists, and Dumbwaiters: Understanding of vertical transportation requirements and spatial coordination for lift motor rooms and pits

2.Develop, model, and coordinate mechanical systems using AutoCAD or BIM (Autodesk Revit), including 3D modelling and clash detection

3.Prepare design, tender, authority submission and construction drawings in compliance with local and international codes and standards.

4.Coordinate with architects, C&S engineers, electrical engineers, and other disciplines to ensure proper system integration.

5. Assist in resolving technical issues during design and construction stages.

6. Ensure all drawings and documentation meet project timelines and requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia as Graduate Engineers is a mandatory requirement.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical building services design (M&E consultancy preferred).

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Only candidates who are able to operate AutoCAD independently will be considered.

5. Good understanding of local building codes and engineering standards.

6. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

8. Candidates who are proficient in BIM (Autodesk Revit) for 3D modelling and coordination will have an added advantage. Candidates without prior experience will be provided with basic in‑house training only upon successful selection.

9. Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia as Professional Engineer (PE) is also an added advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
