Tanggungjawab
Familiarise with the hotel system to make reservations and perform check-in/check-out.
Handle various forms of guest complains with a professional manner.
Collect payments and handle different forms of payments (cash, debit card, credit card, virtual credit card, etc).
Employees are required to be responsible for cash balance before and after their shift.
Employees are required to be able to work shifts (morning, afternoon, & night).
Amend online room rates and allotments for online bookings.
Attend to the guest needs when needed to.
Work closely with housekeeping team to communicate clean and dirty rooms.
Work closely with maintenance to report room issues.
Contact suppliers to order products needed for daily operations. For example, mineral water bottles or tissue rolls.
