VoltEdge Power is looking for motivated Electrical Engineering fresh graduates to join our growing team. If you're eager to gain hands-on experience in both site supervision and project coordination, this is your opportunity to learn and grow with real projects and on-the-job training.

What You’ll Do

Site Management & Supervision

• Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and workers to keep projects on track

• Conduct site inspections for safety and quality control

• Monitor and report project progress

Technical Planning & Documentation

• Assist in preparing technical reports, Gantt charts, and progress claims

• Support project planning based on client requirements

• Manage project documents including MAR & RFI

Coordination & Communication

• Act as a bridge between office and site teams

• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

• Track materials and inventory to prevent delays

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Management

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided!)

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Project)

Key Attributes

• Willing to work in both office & site environments

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Proficiency in English required; additional language proficiency may be beneficial based on project needs

• Possess valid driving license & own transport
