Chop Yew Lee Petroleum Sdn Bhd is an authorized reseller and distributor of petroleum products for leading oil and gas companies in Malaysia. Our group also own and operate petrol stations and are recognized as industry leaders in the community. With recent recognition with the Golden Eagle Award and Malaysia Book of records for Highest sales in Bitumen to our sister’s company, we are on a journey of rapid growth, the group having surpassed RM 200 million in turnover – and we’re just getting started!


Working Location: Kepong, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.45pm) Saturday (Bi-Weekly Off) (8am - 1pm)


1. Property Administration

  • Liaise with tenants and property agents on rental, tenancy, and related matters.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and related documents, coordinate signing, and arrange for stamping.
  • Monitor monthly rental collections and utility payments (e.g., water, electricity, Indah Water, etc.).
  • Ensure timely payment of quit rent, assessment tax, insurance premiums, maintenance fees, and other statutory or related charges.
  • Coordinate and oversee property repair and maintenance works.
  • Monitor tenancy expiry dates and arrange renewals in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and update monthly property management reports.


2. Licenses, Permits & Insurance Management

  • Handle applications and renewals of business licenses, permits, and truck permits.
  • Manage insurance policy renewals for company properties and other related assets.
  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure renewals are completed prior to expiration.
  • Prepare and update monthly reports relating to licenses, permits, and insurance matters.


3. Directors’ Administrative Support

  • Prepare payments for Directors’ credit card settlements before the due date.
  • Manage Directors’ schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Arrange travel bookings, including flight tickets and hotel reservations.
  • Assist with personal and confidential administrative matters as assigned from time to time.



4. Company Administration

  • Oversee office facilities, upkeep, and general maintenance matters to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Monitor office equipment, stationery, and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Maintain proper, systematic, and up-to-date filing systems and documentation.
  • Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.


Requirements:

·        Minimum 1–2 years of working experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar administrative role.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

·        Willing to learn and able to adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities.

·        Self-disciplined, proactive, and highly motivated.

·        Strong multitasking ability and capable of filling operational gaps when required.

·        Positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

·        Good organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.

·        Able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
