Sepenuh Masa Executive, Technical (Product Development) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in APM Seats Division Selayang - Maukerja

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: To lead Product Life Cycle Management (PLM), LN, accuracy of BOM, ECR/ECN implementation and monitoring. To ensure department KPI is achieved.
• Key Accountabilities:
• To take core responsibilities in achieving departmental KPIs/Goal settings in aligning with organizational technical objectives.
• Ensure no error or mistake in BOM and LN which will cause big impact to the operation.
• Communicate with APQP team for PLM, LN, BOM related issue.
• BOM zero error, ECR/ECN closure, on time feedback to customer.
• Monthly ER Time sheet cost compilation and reporting to finance
• Ensure the overall projects milestone are on track in OEM's events by achieving customer's satisfaction in planning, sample trials preparation, quality appearance/accuracy and delivery.
• Able to read, understand on the 2D/3D detailed technical drawings and specification requirements.
• Oversee the overall projects APQP by analyzing and resolve complex challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Additional duties may assign from time to time by the Head of Department.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Automotive/Manufacturing)
• Professional Experience: Preferable in Project Management & Development/Automotive/Seatings with minimums of 2 years experience
• Able to align the requirements from IATF standards, EMS and customer requirements.
