Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, matching, and validation of invoices in the Accounts Payable system.
• Process supplier payments according to the company’s schedule and terms of payment.
• Reconcile internal accounting records with suppliers’ Statements of Account (SOA) and accruals.
• Maintain organized filing systems, payment confirmations, and supplier correspondence.
• Assist in preparing Accounts Payable reports for management review.
• Support any additional tasks as assigned by the department.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
