High-quality products and retail mechanism that we cultivated over the years helps us to support operating our 1000 stores. With our original method of selling, we provide high quality second-hand clothing from Japan to many customers in Malaysia.

What you'll be doing:

1. Routine inspection
a) Do inspection on shop condition and search for any damage or things need to be repair.

2. Installation, repair & troubleshoot issues
a)Painting touch up, basic plumbing works, replace burnt-out light and faulty switches, etc
b) Completing minor repair work, which includes repairing doors, locks, door frames, and handles, as well as replacing light bulbs, sockets, switches, and window glass.

3. Emergency Response and Administrative Reporting
a) Promptly respond to emergency repair and clean-up requests. Complete administrative tasks such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance status to the manager.

4. Ensure that all maintenance equipment is in good working order and in compliance with all safety and health regulations.
5. Perform other duties as requested by Top Management

What we're looking for:

1. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from Manager
2. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time: ability to bend, kneel, stoop and lift or move heavy equipment
3. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents
4. Proven general maintenance experience (added advantage)
