• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, implementing, and enforcing organizational standards while ensuring compliance with all legal regulations.
• Ensure quality service standards are consistently met by implementing and monitoring company policies and procedures.
• Analyze sales performance and customer relations reports, categorize sales data, develop action plans, and investigate customer complaints to identify effective solutions.
• Manage and improve outlet staff performance by coaching, counseling, training, disciplining when necessary, and planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
