Role Overview
We, at Coforge, are looking for a skilled Informatica Developer with strong experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and banking domain projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Teradata/Hadoop and Oracle, along with relevant certifications.
This role involves building scalable data solutions, performing data mapping and modeling, and supporting enterprise-grade analytics platforms within financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica (or SAS)
- Perform data mapping, data modeling, and development of data marts
- Work with Teradata/Hadoop and Oracle databases for data integration
- Support data warehousing initiatives including data ingestion, transformation, and validation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical and reporting requirements
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance within banking systems
- Participate in SDLC processes, including development, testing, deployment, and support
- Provide L2/L3 production support where required
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of development experience in:
- Data mapping, data modeling, and data mart development
- Informatica Certified (or SAS certification)
- Hands-on experience with any one of the following (mandatory):Teradata (TD)
- Hadoop (HD – Hive/HDFS)
- Oracle
- Must be certified in at least two technologies from the below:
- Database: Teradata DB or Hadoop Hive
- ETL: Informatica or SAS
- Analytics/Visualization: Power BI / Qlik Sense / SAS / Python / R
- Proven experience working in the Banking domain
Core Technical Skills
- Data Warehousing: Teradata (FSLDM/FSD, GCFR, TD Studio, MDM, Viewpoint, TASM)
- Big Data: Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, HUE), basic Scala exposure
- ETL Tools: Informatica (preferred), SAS
- Databases: Teradata, Oracle
- Data Analytics Tools: Power BI, Qlik Sense, Splunk, R Studio, Python
- DevOps/CI-CD: JIRA, Jenkins, Bitbucket, QuerySurge
- Platforms (Good to Have):Red Hat OpenShift (containers, Kubernetes basics)
Good-to-Have Skills
- Data Lakes & Advanced Data Modeling
- AI/ML concepts or implementations
- Tools: DB2, AS400, Business Objects, Control-M, Putty, Aldon

Domain Expertise (Preferred)
