Candidate must possess at least a degree in accounting or a professional qualification. A member of ACCA/CIMA/ PA or related would be an added advantage
Well-versed in Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years relevant HR experience, with proven track record of high integrity and handling confidential personnel information.
Meticulous, eye for details, resourceful, ability to work independently, self-motivated and well organized.
Able to work in a fast paced environment and have a pleasant disposition.
Preferably bilingual in ENGLISH & MANDARIN to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel and payroll system.
