A Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field.

Familiarity with design principles, color theory, typography techniques, and brand identity design.

Relevant work experience in graphic design and the ability to demonstrate a strong design portfolio.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and marketing copy.

Proficient in Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Manpower Recruitment are a plus.

Proven work experience as a sales consultant or in a similar role within the manpower recruitment industry.

Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, including understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to understand client needs, analyze requirements, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team..

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Education level not required

Strong focus, high sense of responsibility, good obedience, kind to others, and willing to work in a team

Proficient in Word and Excel, good basic computer skills

Must be able to type Mandarin at a speed of 50 words per minute or above

Company is Taiwanese and requires the ability to read traditional Chinese characters and good Mandarin skills

Acceptable to work rotating shifts (0900-1830/1130-2100/2100-0500) and accept a rotating rest day system

Special requirement for good attendance, not taking leave, being late or leaving early without a valid reason

Good communication skills, learning ability, and stress resistance required

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or sales-related fields required.

SPM and above, able to communicate in Malay, English. If can speak Chinese will be better. with or without experience is acceptable, provide training.
