Have minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment or related field.

Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces, such as Lazada & Shopee.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

5 days work week (Monday - Friday / 9:30am-6:30pm).

Must be able to work in Puchong.

Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of international shipping regulations and requirements is preferred but not required.

Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.

Have at least 3 years of sales-related experience in any industry.

Business-minded with entrepreneurship skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (multilingualism is an added advantage).

Ability to work independently, possess own transport, and willing to travel.

Organized and motivated self-starter with a determined, mature approach and prepared to go that extra mile to exceed sales targets.

Possesses a customer-oriented approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Self-time management and punctuality of reporting submission.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and demonstration skills.
