Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

3+ years of experience in business analysis

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience working with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements

Experience designing workflows, processes, and use cases

Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Experience with requirements management tools, such as JIRA, is a plus

Required language(s): Mandarin, English both written and oral
