Diploma or Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, preferably a Mandarin speaker.

Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential

Lead the development team members (front-end and back-end) to complete the overall system analysis and architecture design of the project to form a feasible development plan;
Responsible for the design and code writing of core modules, business and technical components;
Participate in the product research and demand analysis of the system, divide the functional boundaries according to the system requirements, and complete the project outline design;
Be responsible for the technical planning, research and research of the relevant business systems of the department, and quickly locate and solve online faults;
Understand the user's usage and problems encountered in specific usage scenarios, and provide feasible solutions;
Implement the development specifications and standard production process in the group, do a good job in code review, project review and accumulation, coach the growth of the technical team, establish a good technical atmosphere and technical process specifications.
STPM/ Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science / Information Technology major in IT / HR related study.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in Microsoft SQL will be an advantage.
Ability to coordinate project activities with diverse groups and individuals.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Minimum 1 year related working experience.

Diploma/Degree in IT or its equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years of software development experience. Minimum 5 years related working experience for senior position.
