Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail

Customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and other sales-related software

Teamwork skills

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and strategies

Possesses minimum SPM certificate with good credit in language and basic computer knowledge

Has at least 1 year experience in customer service position in retail outlet/healthcare/services industry or has experience working as a Clinic Assistant

Fluency in Mandarin and English with Bahasa Malaysia language skills as an added advantage

Friendly and patient

Independent and willing to learn new things

Able to comply with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD)
