You must be able to develop a positive working environment by creating friendships and being understanding with one another.
You must have the willingness to learn, whether IT’s product knowledge, a new station, or new processes.
Must exhibit a cheerful character and must have the willingness to help out even without asking.
Must also know what patience is and be able to understand customers' needs.
Able to understand the sense of urgency and how time moves differently in a kitchen.
Able to grasp and explain in detail all items on the menu and off the menu.
Must be able to communicate in English and Malay. Having a third language like Mandarin or Tamil is an added bonus.
Know that there is a time to play and there is a time to work. If you work hard and do things right, naturally fun will come.

Everyone who joins myBurgerLab starts from doing all entry-level positions as we believe in building a good foundation on how we function and work together as a team. You’re expected to learn everything from assembling burgers, cooking, cashiering, and coordinating the kitchen to dishwasher and expeditor. Job rotation will depend on your skills and capabilities in carrying out your roles and responsibilities. Be prepared to work hard and be willing to learn and have fun at myBurgerLab.
