Job Description:
- Responsible to ensure the integrity and reliability of the machine's Industrial Automation System is working properly.
- Able to troubleshoot electrical problem
- Ensure compliance and adherence to the Group's Health And Safety policies and advisiories & OHSAS
- To ensure that all safety measures are being adhered to at all times including contractors in order to achieve zero LTI, by following SOP's Procedures and safety practices.
- To work closely together in a partnership with Mechanical Technician for mantenance works in order to ensure that all equipment is well maintained in the most cost effective manner.
- Responsible for the execution of schedule preventive maintenance of equipment and machine to ensure that the machine is on optimal condition and less breakdown/downtime.
- Support plant operation in 24/7 and running in shift
Job Requirements:
- SPM/MLVK certificate in Electrical/Mechatronic, PW certificate.
- Chargeman AO certificate is an advantages.

Knowledge & Skill:
· Have basic knowledge and experience in planning and carrying out equipment maintenance, and ad-hoc trouble shooting in which must adhere to all safety rules during maintenance.
· Have basic knowledge in planning and controlling spare parts inventory.
· Knowledge in troubleshooting and related components will be an added advantage.
Personal trait:

Education/Academic background:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical or any equivalent vocational or technical institutions.

Experience:
· Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
· Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting role in a high-speed high-volume manufacturing environment.
· Working in a well-organized preventive maintenance environment.

· Assist Electrical team to carry out troubleshooting, breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Perform R&D in the areas of microgrid modelling, controls and protection technologies.
• Installing and maintaining panels on the roof of a residential home, corporate office or open land
• Connecting solar panels to an electrical system
• Grounding electrical equipment and checking wiring
• Perform modelling, assessment and optimization of customer adoption of distributed energy resources
• DC microgrid study and implementation
• Research novel or improved approaches for controlling emerging grid components (e.g., inverter-based resources, energy storage, etc.) in the microgrid
• Conduct facility visits to support design reviews and testing
• Helping to build a solar farm
• Staying up to date on local, state and federal codes to install and maintain panels accordingly to regulations
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Holder of L4 level
