Geological engineers apply geological knowledge for the assessment of sites, soils, slope stability, sediments and other observable characteristics in the Earth. They integrate this information in the planning and development of projects in those places. They assess and answer questions concerning the geological characteristics of soils by performing research and experiments of the sites aimed to be intervened.
Responsibilities:
. To assist the Project Director in project planning, programming and monitoring of work on site.
. Interpretation of Instrumentation & Monitoring (IM) and liaise with clients team to resolve IM issues
. To handle technical and engineering issues
. To analyze clients complaints and provide remedial actions.
. Support pile testing (extreme and working load test).
. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
. Independent, self-motivated and responsible individual with good working attitude
. Possess Class 3 driving licence
