- Engineering Field major in Electronic or Mechatronic
- Targeted Task:
o To reverse engineering a test equipment and assemble the test equipment with full functionality.
o To maintain the database of cycle time.
o To perform time study on various production processes with REFA and/or MTM.
o To create a database for spare parts maintenance.
o To create Excel Macros for database synchronization.
o Any other jobs assigned by supervisor such as machine or process troubleshooting.

You will be a key member in the Industrial Engineering team that is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process and ensuring that it is optimized to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role will support the team in analysing and optimising warehouse automated systems to improve warehouse operations efficiency and capacity, as well as handle related continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure best efficiency of the operations in the plant. Overall management and responsibility for the IE department considering company wide targets and strategies. Support the plant to realize the production budget and minimize non value-added operations by defining the required technical and human means considering quality, cost, quantity, timing targets and ergonomic aspects.
