Preparation of design calculations Preparation of tender, contract and construction drawings and documentation Prepare cost data and budgetary estimates. Liaise and/or coordinate with clients. Periodic supervision of works on site. Contract administration; i.e. issuance of Engineer’s Instructions, non- compliance record (NCR), certificate of payments, defects list, outstanding works list, etc. Prepare tender comparisons and tender reports, etc. Attend client consultant, site, coordination meetings, etc. Prepare variation orders, final accounts, etc. Prepare project correspondences, minutes of meetings, etc. Follow up on progress of works on site and compliance to the contract.
