Job Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) to produce precision plastic components.
Hands-on plastic machining involves working with a variety of materials, including Polypro, PVC,PET (Ertalyte), PPS (Techtron), Vespel, Torlon, Celazole, PPO (Noryll), Teflon, PFA, Delrin, Ultem, PEEK, G4,G10,G11 and etc.
Interpret technical drawing and perform machining process.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixture and attachments for plastic materials.
Monitor machine operations and conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
Maintain production output efficiency, work place’s safety & 5S.

Requirements
Minimum SPM
2-3 years of relevant working experience
Ability to work independently and problem-solve machining challenges.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
Job Responsibilities
• Set up and operate conventional machines & CNC Lathe with limited assistance or direct supervision
• Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished part, sequence of operations, and setup requirements
• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors
• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required
• Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects
• Perform follow-up operations, such as deburring, polishing etc when required
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
