JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist Senior Engineer and above, in order to achieve the department's policy and goals.
To get proper production conditions and provide procedures.
To come up with new methods of production for new products or processes.
To take action on machine introduction, modification …etc.
To monitor order situation. If necessary, take action to increase machine capability and capacity.
To provide technical specifications, samples and technical data.
Involvement in Cost Reduction Activities.
Prepare samples for customer approval.
To source & develop new or substitute material.
To carry out the evaluation of new or substitute material.
To fulfill the needs of ISO and IATF requirements.
Supervise subordinates.
To introduce only environmentally friendly material to manager level or other requirements.
To use only authorized direct/ indirect material for environmental conformance material label.
To segregate and dispose of scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements.
To ensure all subordinates use environmental friendly material.
To carry the above task in safely and healthy's manner by following the Company's OSHMS requirements.
To conduct machine modification activity.
Work to plan and implementation is done timely.
Work-up on any outstanding issues.
To participate in project management.
Conduct meeting, scheduling and review performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Min 1 year of working experience in related field
Knowledge in process and production are value added
Must fluent in English and Japanese.
Experience in handling plant & machinery
Able to lead and train junior staff
Able to communicate with all levels

1. Ensuring safe production operations as all the raw materials and finished goods are hazardous
2. To control the raw material input quantity and quality
3. To control and monitor the process parameters and adjust based on the requirements i.e in process quality/final product quality etc.
4. Taking care of Plant production change over from one product to another product to meet the Customer requirement
5. To meet the given production targets product wise
6. To operate the distributed control systems (DCS) and train the local staff
7. To calculate the yield and energy balance in the system
8. To monitor and control all the pollution control systems
9. To train the local staff parallel on the job and also by taking classes in control room
10. To supervise all the maintenance activities carried out in shift

• New process flow set-up and development.
• Support for new product transfer and trial-run.
• Analysis problem and carry out Trial run corrective action.
• Carry out Part Approval, MN, and ECR/ECO change.
• Engineering Spec/documents review & develop (Control Plan, PFMEA, SOP).
• Equipment set-up & sourcing for new manufacturing process equipment or upgrade.
• Technical specification study during RFQ stage.
• Support for packaging design.
• All other duties assigned by Superior.

Key Responsibilities
• Report to Lead Process Engineer.
• Ensuring good quality design outputs, as procedure.
• Produce the agreed deliverables as per the project requirement and schedules in a cost- effective manner.
• Provide man hour estimates for proposals.
• Perform feasibility study and optimization, Front End Design experience and detail engineering design covering project scope development and cost and schedule estimation.
• Developing pre-commissioning manual, commissioning manual and Plant Operating Manual.
Requirements
• Recognized Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from college/ university.
• Minimum 1-5 years or more of work experiences in onshore/offshore engineering in oil & gas industry.
• An energetic & resourceful person with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written & spoken in English.
• Good working knowledge of the codes & standards relating to the onshore/ offshore engineering. Experience in both basic and detailed design.
• Experience in dealing with major petroleum companies and / or EPC companies will be an added advantage.
• Having knowledge in construction requirement, pre-commissioning activities and commissioning and testing is an advantage.
• Have experience in process simulation software (such as Hysis, Unisim, flaresim, prosim, etc), hydraulic software (Pipenet, AFT Fathom/AFT Arrow, Impulse etc ) and other software is an advantage.
