Organize and manage the safe keeping of documents, records and maintain an organized filing for effective data retrieving for site store
Attend to incoming and outgoing calls
Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.
Attending incoming calls , typing and sorting mails
Create and maintain proper indexes for documents filled in records
Distribution of emails, mails and correspondece
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Undertake any other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as Site Admin
Experience in handling filing according to ISO 9001:2015

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in handling Finance / Purchasing / Admin Work
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Aware of ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System
be able to work 6 days a week from Monday till Saturday
Be able to work at constrution site office
ABLE TO WRITE IN ENGLISH / BM
Have knowledge in Construction Material
