Responsibilities:

Reports to Outlet Manager
Manage the Kitchen in term of staffing, ingredients stocking, foods and beverages quantity and quality presentation.
To propose SOP to improve efficiency of kitchen operations if necessary.
Manage the foods & beverages ingredient costing to minimize wastage.
Manage the kitchen staff welfare.
Liaise with Outlet Manager and Operation Consultant to improve the food quality and services.
To make sure that hygiene standards are strictly followed as per the SOP
To ensure that all standards set for food presentation, quality and quantity are met and monitored in cooperation with the outlet .
Maintain a close working relationship with the staff and ensure a proper communication between all the staff.
Responsible for the kitchen smooth operation on a daily basis.
Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including production cost, food cost, wastages, breakages.
Taking responsibility for the kitchen operations of the outlet.
To ensure no pilferage of food in the kitchen.
To ensure monthly reports are prepared accurately and submitted to the management
To ensure end of month inventory count is done in detail and accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
