CXL Executive Sdn Bhd traces its roots back to 2008 as CareerXcell, initially focusing on training and placing unemployed graduates to alleviate unemployment rates in the country and ensure our graduates are well-prepared to enter the workforce. As the company expanded, the contingent workforce division was established in 2010 to meet the growing demand of the gig economy in Malaysia.

With years of experience in the HR industry and expertise in statutory compliance, the payroll and HR outsourcing division was formed in 2012. Our goal is to provide high-quality, reliable, and affordable solutions to Malaysian businesses.

Supported by a team of highly experienced HR professionals, we have successfully placed more than 5,000 candidates, processed over 30,000 payrolls, and built a team of over 1,000 contract and temporary employees—our esteemed CXL contingent workforce family.
