Most days are just work. msg. Meetings. Chasing approvals. Some weeks are good, some weeks suck. The good parts: my manager doesn't micromanage. My team shares leads when someone's having a bad month. I got promoted once because I asked for it and had the numbers to back it up. No one throws confetti. No fake inspirational speeches. But people are decent, and effort gets rewarded. That's why I stay.
