The company was formed in 1994 when Port Klang Management required a private company to back them in the supply of casual workers to undertake the loading and unloading operations of general and bagged cargoes from vessels. The founder, Mr. Saharudin Mat Saat, a local prominent Bumiputra businessman, was known for his stevedores’ strength and experiences working in other ports around Malaysia. He was also offered to take over the supply of casual workers for loading and unloading all bagged and dirty cargoes from vessels. The company started its operation with a total work force of 850 casual workers in 1994. Ever since the contract was awarded to Custovic Sdn Bhd, the turnaround of vessels carrying the bagged cargo seemed to improve and the Klang Port Management was satisfied with the performances.

Following this, we continued the momentum by hosting Malaysia Tech Month in 2021 and 2022. Since 2022, we have been collaborating with NCER on a long-term project, which is set to continue until 2026. From just running events in a single market we have expanded our wings to produce and run events in Singapore, Manila, Jakarta, Colombo, Bangkok, Dubai. Our focus for this year will be to expand our offerings to other Asian markets.,In view of the rapid expansion, it is time we put policies and guidelines in place.
